01 Workflow

Workflow (processes)

The first step is to establish an inventory and analyze the analog and digital processes in a company. New processes are created and old processes are adapted for digital processes.

This is followed by process optimization, is the optimization of routine processes. With the right software solutions, it is possible to automate not only routine processes, but also complex procedures.

Automated workflows – executing modeled workflows – increase efficiency and reduce the chance of failure. This guarantees that work processes are efficient, time-saving and designed safely.

02 Inventory

1. Review of processes

We analyze your existing IT system and identify problem areas. Without your being aware of it, these can compromise your company’s security or slow down other processes and therefore cause additional costs. We demonstrate how your processes can look solid and modern, after a successful evaluation of the current inventory.

Workflows are modeled work processes. In this way, workflows break down complex processes into their individual processing steps and define who has to do what and when.

2. Define processes

After taking the inventory, we work out the processes for the client’s company in collaboration with the client.

It is not unusual for companies to have been in existence for years, but processes have never been recorded and documented, resulting in a lot of missed potential. When designing and recording the processes, a distinction is made between the top-down and bottom-up approach. These describe either the management’s view downwards (top down) principle or the view of the level in which the process is actually implemented (bottom up) principle.

3. Digitalize processes

Digitization of business processes indicates the transition from analog workflows on paper to digital equivalences on computer programs/algorithms.

A clear and structured digitization strategy is absolutely necessary to digitize your company sustainably and successfully. Especially repetitive processes or time-consuming routine activities such as “copy/paste” can be automated later after the processes have been digitized, largely minimizing sources of faults.

4. Process automation

Repetitive tasks can to a large extent be processed automatically by your system. We will demonstrate to you what is possible and how you can adapt your system ideally to your requirements.

But only the digitization of business processes with special software enables a work process “orders and sales” its holistic automation. This may also involve a document management system (DMS) such as Microsoft SharePoint, for example to store and document receipts for internal accounting.
