After taking the inventory, we work out the processes for the client’s company in collaboration with the client.<\/p>

It is not unusual for companies to have been in existence for years, but processes have never been recorded and documented, resulting in a lot of missed potential. When designing and recording the processes, a distinction is made between the top-down and bottom-up approach.
